San Diego

We just returned from 38 days servicing buoys along the equator just West of the Galapagos Islands.   Again our internet was so poor that there was no chance to make a new post.

As we steamed North past the South end of Baja,  we were relived from the ungodly humid and hot conditions and now that we’ve arrived in San Diego it’s rainy and cool.  Being from the Pacific Northwest, the weather doesn’t bother me, but some of my shipmates look like Ralphie ‘ s little brother in the Christmas Story movie.

When more time allows, I’ll make a full update with all the photos.  Until then, stay classy.

I’ll also update my ongoing fight with the National Maritime Center slacker who’s been reviewing my application for 200 master.
